AOF Activities & Events

Basking in the afterglow of last year's very successful Secular Lobby Day (October 2013), it struck us: we must do it again! So if you care about separation of Church and State (and of course you do), please join us for 2014 Secular Lobby Day, and help make secular voices heard in the halls of California government.

No lobbying experience is required -- the Secular Coalition for California will provide easy training that morning. After the training, everyone will split into small groups and go to pre-scheduled appointments at the offices of elected officials, just to make our presence known.

Registration

First, please register now at http://SecularCA2014LobbyDay.eventbrite.com. But sign up soon, so we can begin to schedule appointments with legislative offices. The fee is a mere $5 if you register before April 15 (free for current students). Last day to register is April 23.

Rally to Follow

Your lobby visits will be tons of fun. Then after, please hang around, because the National Day of Reason Rally will occur on the West Capitol Steps that very evening.
